Early in her career, Jes spent nearly a decade building a business dependent on chasing leads. It produced income, but not stability. Every day felt like starting over.

That experience pushed her to rebuild everything.

She shifted into a fully referral-based, systems-driven model that created predictable income, increased leverage, and ultimately 4X’d her earnings while giving her back time and freedom.

Today, she teaches agents how to do the same, without the trial-and-error she went through.
